Using our United Parcel Service (UPS) Standard Ground shipping option, domestic shipments will typically take from 3-5 business days depending on your location. International orders may take up to 1 month (30 days) to be delivered. We use both UPS and the United States Postal Service for our international orders.

Yes, we absolutely offer same-day shipping!

Discount Party Supplies takes pride in our extremely fast turnaround time for all of our customers’ orders. Therefore, most domestic orders placed Monday thru Friday before 3:00pm (EST) will ship the same day. Most orders received after 3:00pm (EST) will ship the next business day.

Please note: The day that we ship your order does NOT count as an in-transit day. In other words, start counting days starting with the first day AFTER your order ships.

Same day shipping does not apply to:

• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays
• Special or custom order items
• Out of stock or discontinued items

We ask that you please allow up to 1 additional business day (Monday through Friday) for your order to be printed. While most orders placed before 3 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday will ship on the same day, we can guarantee that it will be no more than 1 extra processing day before your order ships. Custom orders are printed and shipped from our Jackson, MI location. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

Please refer to our shipping map below to see the time en route in the shipping method of your choice, and add that time to the additional day of processing for custom orders. The day your order ships is not counted as an in-transit day. Start counting the day after it ships (i.e., if it ships on Monday, start counting your method of shipment on Tuesday, and do not include weekends or holidays).

We promise that your domestic order will arrive by the delivery date indicated during checkout, or your shipping is free (United States only). If your domestic order is delayed and does not arrive by the guaranteed date email us at CustomerService@DiscountPartySupplies.com to receive a full refund for your shipping charges. Delays due to situations beyond our control which include, but are not limited to, weather difficulties, natural or man-made disasters, and other circumstances will not be subject to our Shipping Promise.

Delivery time for your order will depend on your choice of shipping method. For items that are not personalized, the table below describes the expected time frame for every shipping option.

Discount Party Supplies ships most orders using UPS, but will from time to time (at our discretion) select alternate shipping methods, including USPS, FedEx, Canada Post and others. We make every effort to keep our shipping costs for party supplies as low as possible for our customers. Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total value of your order and the method of shipping that you choose. The shipping costs listed below apply only to the continental United States.

Certain items are considered oversized and may result in additional shipping charges. This is especially true when express shipping oversized products. Messaging is included in the product descriptions which will indicate which items are oversized, so that you will have this information before checkout.

Some piñatas and other odd-shaped party supplies may need special care. In some instances, this may mean that some shipping options (expedited shipping, APO shipments) may be unavailable. While we make every effort to disclose this on the product description, some restricted shipping options may not be obviously apparent and may depend on the exact products included in your complete order.

In such occasions where your shipping options are restricted, you will be contacted as soon as possible and shipping alternatives will be provided.

Discount Party Supplies ships our party supply orders extremely fast. In fact, most orders arrive on our customers’ doorsteps in just a few business days.

However, if you are on a strict deadline and need your supplies quickly, and you are unsure about your package making it on time, we recommend you use an expedited shipping option. While Discount Party Supplies is extremely good at what we do (getting shipments delivered fast), once it leaves our facility, it is no longer in our hands. Weather conditions, accidents, and other issues can delay shipment. Why make yourself sweat it out if you have to have your order by a specific date? Relax, expedite your order, allow yourself some wiggle room, and receive it a day ahead of time.

We ship to our customers throughout the Continental US, to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and many other international locations. Shipping transit times will vary depending on your location. All shipments originate from Jackson, Michigan.

We do not ship to PO Boxes unless prior arrangements have been authorized. Customers receiving party supply orders into Canada and other International destinations are responsible for all duties and taxes levied by their location country.

Schools, charitable organizations, and other organizations may fax in Purchase Orders using our Purchase Order Form to 517-768-1604. Make sure that you call to verify that we have received your order in good condition.

We require a physical address to ship packages using expedited shipping methods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept P.O. Boxes.

Customers receiving party supply orders into Canada and other International destinations are responsible for all duties and taxes levied by their location country.

USPS is our primary shipping carrier for Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Canada (Canada Post). The following flat rate shipping charges will apply to all orders being shipped to these destinations:

Discount Party Supplies is happy to provide APO / FPO shipments for qualified customers. Shipping for APO/FPO addresses is $14.95 and free shipping is not available for these orders. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS, and can only be tracked to the original shipping base. In accordance with state laws, orders shipped to Michigan will have a 6% sales tax applied to the total.
