Plastic Serving Bowls: Disposable Serving Bowls, Plastic Dinnerware.
Plastic serving bowls are a graceful way to serve appetizers, fruit, salad, pasta and other fun dishes! Why serve your party fare in ordinary bowls, when you can dress them up a bit with these fashionable dishes? These elegant disposable bowls are perfect for dinner parties, showers, graduations and other fabulous celebrations.
Plastic serving bowls can really lend style to any dinner setting. That said, what should we serve in them? While we’re sure you’ve got your own favorites, we thought it would be fun to provide a couple of our favorite party dips for you to try if you’d like. Be warned, we’re going to emphasize “easy and tasty” instead of “creative and elegant”. These dips served in our disposable bowls are probably better suited for a Super Bowl party than a high-end dinner affair (although, we’d still eat them there as well).
Tasty Guacamole
3 avocados
½ cup diced onion (you can skip if you don’t like onions)
3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lime
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic, minced
2 plum (roma) tomatoes
Peel and pit the avocados, and juice the lime before starting. Then, in a good-sized bowl, mix together the lime juice, avocados and salt. Go ahead and mash them up. Then stir in the rest of the ingredients, mixing well. Serve with tortilla chips immediately or refrigerate for later use.
Scrumptious Crockpot Queso Dip
1 cup American cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 cup Monterey jack cheese (shredded)
8 ounces of tomatoes, finely chopped
3 roasted poblano peppers, finely chopped
1 ½ tablespoon of ground garlic
1 cup of heavy cream
Salt to taste
This couldn’t get easier! Combine everything in your crockpot, cover and slow cook (low) for about 2 hours, or until the cheese melts. Different crockpots can sometimes have different results, so watch this dip and add more cream (or milk) to thin the dish out a bit. Feel free to add your own ingredients (onions, peppers, and additional spicing) to suit your taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
