Cupcake rings & picks come in a variety of themes. We have toppers for your Angry Birds party supplies , your SpongeBob, your tie dye, your Xtreme, your Star Wars, your monkey, and much, much more! But, what about the cupcake itself? The cupcake rings won’t be anything if the cupcakes aren’t right. So, here’s a Strawberry Cupcake recipe that we think is especially scrumptious that you may want to give a try.

2 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cake flour (make sure this isn’t self-rising flour)
1 tsp of salt
1 tbs of baking powder
2 1/4 cup sugar
8oz. of unsalted butter (already have enough salt above)
3 eggs (large)
1 egg white (large)
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk
2 cups of chopped strawberries
A few small strawberries to garnish
Strawberry Buttercream

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Carefully line muffin tins (standard size) with paper liners. Combine dry ingredients together in a large bowl, and whisk. Cream the butter and sugar with a mixer until light and soft. Then, add the eggs slowly and mix together.

Turn your mixer to low speed. Combine the vanilla with the milk in a separate bowl. Carefully and slowly add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, while alternating with milk mixture back and forth 3 times, and end with the dry ingredients. Finally, add the chopped strawberries into the batter and stir. Divide the batter equally among the muffin cup slots, filling each about 3/4 full.

Place the cupcakes into the oven and bake about 20 minutes. To be safe, you should use testers placed in the center of the cupcakes to make sure they are done. Once done, let the cupcakes cool. Once they have cooled, frost the tops of the cupcakes with the strawberry buttercream. Then add a few of the set aside strawberries on top of the frosting to really dress them up. Now eat and enjoy!
