Monster High Party Supplies are coming soon to Discount Party Supplies! If you have a 7 -12 year old daughter, chances are, you’ve heard of “Monster High,” Mattel fashion dolls, book series, the insanely popular animated web series that features the offspring of fictional ghouls and monsters. Why not throw your daughter a Monster High birthday party!

Frankie Stein is my favorite character, along with her pet dog, Watzit. Frankie attends Monster High School along with the kind-hearted vegan Draculaura, the spunky Clawdeen Wolf, the cold Cleo de Nile, the friendly Lagoona Blue, the clever Ghoulia Yelps and Deuce Gorgon, Cleo’s boyfriend, who wears sunglasses to avoid turning people to stone. Other characters include Clawd Wolf, Abbey Bominable, Spectra Vondergeist, Toralei, Nefera de Nile and Holt Hyde. Each character has a pet to match their personality and monster heritage, just like Frankie’s Watzit. Check out the Monster High Website to gather ideas for your freakishly fun party! You can learn more about the characters, print out some activities and download some party music on the site! If you’ve got Halloween decorations in a box somewhere, now is the time to bring a lot of them out. Fake spiders and webs, any black streamers or tableware, skulls and crossbones, rubber snakes and beetles and the like, would all work well at a monster high party. The main colors at your event should be black and magenta, if you have them, but if not, try blue and black or white and black.

I love this centerpiece (pictured above) and plan on keeping them in my Halloween box, so I won’t be using the candelabra only once. Decorations should be done in a snap, with our help and your Halloween collection, the music is simple, and all you have to do is to provide some ghoul-friendly food and drink. Pop a few drops of green food coloring into sparkling lemonade or limeade and call it “ghoul juice.” There are tons of ideas online for creepy, spooky, Halloween-type foods, so just try something simple. What I do for Halloween, and what would work well for a Monster High party is to bake a chocolate cupcake, to add chocolate icing, and then to pipe a skull and crossbones design in white.

Send your ghoul-loving guests home with these freakish favors that all girls and fans of Monster High are guaranteed to enjoy, and have a fantastic party! Actually, you might want to hand out these favors at the beginning of the party so that the girls can have fun with the glow bracelets, the body glitter and the skull and crossbones rings during the event!
