This is great for anyone looking for something simple and very tasty for dessert. Even if you have no cooking skills whatsoever, you should be able to make this wonderful recipe. I have no idea if this dessert has a name, but we’ve made it in our family for some time. Trust me, this delicious melted chocolate spread on top of a buttery French bread is delicious.

1 French Baguette

¼ Cup Butter

1 Good-Quality Chocolate Bar

Preheat Oven to 300 degrees. Slice the Baguette into small pieces and lay them neatly onto a stick-free cookie sheet. Microwave the butter in a microwave safe dish just enough for it to melt, and then drizzle over each baguette piece evenly. Next, add 2 squares of the Cadbury chocolate (of course, you can substitute different brands, but I love Cadbury because it’s tasty and pretty inexpensive) on top. Once all squares of chocolate are used, place the cookie sheet into the oven for 5 minutes, or until the bread begins to crisp and the chocolate is mostly melted (while retaining its shape).

Let cool a bit and serve warm.
