Captain America Party Supplies are on the way, and we cannot wait for them to get here! Captain America is a pretty famous comic book character, who will soon be brought to life on the big screen. He first appeared on the comic scene in 1941 as part of the Marvel Comics stable of characters. Captain America is the alter ego of Steve Rogers, a patriotic young man who tries to enlist in the armed forces to defend his country during World War II. He is turned down, because of his weak and sickly physical condition, but later ingests an experimental serum that gives him superhuman abilities, and becomes Captain America. The new superhero uses these abilities to help the American war effort to defeat the Axis Powers.
The movie is scheduled for summer 2011, and fan excitement is already at a fever pitch. Tribute videos, comic-inspired art, and fan-made trailers are popping up all over the place online, while we wait for official pictures and trailers from the movie studio.
